24-Layer Premium Coating
Complete paint stripping, anti-corrosion treatment, primer, base coat, and clear coat - 24 layers total. Every panel sanded, filled, and finished to factory specification in our dedicated paint booth. Colors matched to customer requirements.
Engine & Powertrain
Complete engine teardown, inspection, and rebuild. Mechanical pump conversion for African and Central Asian fuel conditions. Transmission, clutch, and drivetrain fully reconditioned with genuine replacement parts throughout.
Interior Renaissance
Full seat reupholstery with premium materials, flooring replacement, ceiling panel restoration, and window seal renewal. Every surface cleaned, repaired, or replaced. A/C system complete overhaul with new refrigerant charge.
Electrical & Safety
Complete wiring harness inspection, lighting system LED upgrade, brake system overhaul with new pads and discs, tire replacement, and full safety equipment verification. Every bus meets international export certification standards.
